Agree. This was the most promising fake (?) trailer with the highest crapness factor. I can't imagine a better actor than Danny Trejo for an (ironic 80s-like) b-movie.

RR has said instead of making Machete, he is planning on making Grindhouse 2 with Machete and The Crazy Babysitter Twins (the movie) as a double feature. Which I think is an awful idea. If Grindhouse did poorly at the box office, what makes him think his spin-off will do any better? The problem with Rodriguez (if there is one, of course) is that he always needs to make his movies Mexican in some way, even when there is no need. Grindhouse could have nothing less to do with Mexico and both movies in the double feature will be all about Mexico and Mexicans, it was great in the El Mariachi trilogy but I think it will suck as Grindhouse 2.

If Weinstein (or someone else) is naive enough to support another Grindhouse movie I see no reason why Rodriguez should bow to box-office dictates...

good news, but it gets even better.
he said that on the disk, he was planning to add a trailer.
for the sequel.
